Welcome European Projects A.P.S.

WELCOME APS was born from Silvia Baiocco, Laura Bulgari and Martina Paccova’s idea. Our mission is to offer opportunities for skills enhancement and to open new channels to widely circulate and develop the idea of European citizenship, in order to foster the human capital development. WELCOME promotes public/private initiatives and cooperation aimed at designing, implementing and participating in EU projects.

Nelson Mandela

Silvia

Silvia has a degree in Educational Sciences, specialising in educational processes. She has been working in the field of European Project Management since 2004, designing and coordinating a large number of ESF, Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus Plus projects. Silvia is an expert in managing working groups, particularly in the context of initiatives promoting employment and job integration, and in the organisation of reception, guidance and skills assessment activities. She is included in the regional list of Employment Services Operators as a provider of information, guidance counseling and supply/demand intersection.

Laura

Laura has an economic and managerial background and is an expert in accounting, programming and monitoring. She has been supervising and managing the financial processes of educational projects since 2007, as well as setting up all necessary activities to ensure the correct accountability of funded projects. Laura has been involved in several LLP and Erasmus Plus projects as Project Manager, also carrying out orientation and training activities for high school and university students.

Martina

Martina has a degree in International Relations and European Union policies and has a Master in European Project Management and Funds. She has been working in the field of European project management since 2011 and is now an independent consultant in European project management and design. Martina has successfully designed several projects in the fields of social education and culture, under the Erasmus Plus and Creative Europe Programmes, as well as under sectoral and European Territorial Cooperation programmes. She provides advice to SMEs for access to ERDF funding and is a registered Local Development Facilitator for the Marche Region.
